Fabulous honey. I have a spoonful every day and I know I feel better for it. I take more when I get a chest infection and it certainly helps to cure the infection more quickly. I thoroughly recommend this particular Manuka Honey. Alex Pearson, who sells it, is a really lovely person as well.
